We accept all major credit cards and online bank payments.

All orders take approximately 5-7 business days to be shipped out. Produced on-demand products will generally take 14-21 days to be printed/handmade from the order date.  International orders take approximately 10- 21 business days from the order date.

We ship our products via US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of check out. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred on international orders.

Currently, we only offer shipping to the USA and Canada.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will refund your money if you are not fully satisfied. Simply notify us via the Contact Us form within 3 business days for an exchange or return.

To receive full credit, make sure the products are in good condition, not damaged, and look new. Items should be packed so there is no damage during the return shipment. Enclose the original packing slip with the reason for the return – replacement, exchange, or credit, minus shipping fees.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Make sure you use a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible if the return is lost during return shipping. Refund will be issued minus any original shipping fees and any damage assessment fee.

Commissioned Work:
All commissioned-based work cannot be canceled, and is non-refundable once you confirm and approve your personalized order.

Digital Products:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital products are final. We trust that when you made the decision to purchase them, you already fell in love with the design.
