Returns Policy

Our number one priority is to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition to receive a full refund. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returnable Items

Original Paintings, Fine Art Paper Prints, and Fine Art Canvas Prints
If an artwork you purchased from Siti Nuriati Studio doesn’t work in your space, you can return it within 30 days from delivery.

As for fine art prints, these products are made on demand. They will be shipped directly from our fine art printer. 

Please keep in mind that when you place an order for a specific item, we make it specifically for you. We do not keep inventory in our home studio. Therefore, if you decide to return, you are responsible to cover the return shipping. All returns must be sent to our home studio in Los Angeles, California.

Stationery and Drinkware
We accept unused and unopened items within 14 days from the date of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

Commissioned Works
No returns are allowed after the initial painting has been approved. You will have a chance during the commission process to confirm that the painting matches your vision. All purchases of commissioned works are final.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, they can’t be returned. We trust that when you made your purchase decision, you already fell in love with the product.

Decorative Throw Pillows
Due to our hygiene standards, pillows cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged in the mail, contact us immediately with the order number, photo(s) and an explanation. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please send us an email with your order number, photos of the product you received. If the mistake was due to an error on our part, we will prepare the correct product to be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


How to return an item

Here are the steps you need to follow to return an item and get your money back:

1.  Let us know that you want to return an item

2.  Package it back in its original packaging

3.  Arrange for return shipping (insured (for original paintings) and with tracking)

4.  Email us the tracking number and ship the items back to us within 7 days of first contacting us.


Refunds

Important:

In order for you to get a full refund, please make sure that the item is properly packaged (so it won’t get damaged), insured (for original paintings), and has a tracking number. This is important because if it gets lost or damaged in shipping you will need to file a report with your shipping carrier. Siti Nuriati Studio is not responsible for damaged or lost items. Items must be in their original condition to receive a full refund.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or credit to your account for a future purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

** We reserve the right to deny a refund or reduce the refund amount if the item is damaged.
