My name is Siti and I have over 20 years of experience as a commissioned artist. My mission in life is to help people find inner peace through art.
For years I painted realistic portraits of people, but my true passion was born out of personal pain. I lost my mom when I was only 18, and several years later, it hit me that I never wrote down her stories.
I don’t have a single memento that reminds me of her, like her favorite teacup or her recipe book.
The stories about her childhood and my grandparents were “buried with her“.
It was a deeply sad realization, and I was filled with a sense of regret.
I was tired of living with the sadness of those unspoken stories. I knew I couldn’t get her back, but I could do something about my own family’s legacy.
I started to seriously recall and write down my own story so my children would remember our journey. I began to combine my skills as a fine artist with my obsession of studying online marketing, creating beautiful website pages, photography, filming videos and writing, to help families craft their own stories.
